Access to private information is limited to authorized reunion administrators, treasurers, committee viewers, and photo managers based on their assigned role. Public pages show only information that a registrant has opted to display.
Submitted photos may be preserved for historical purposes and may be used in reunion slideshows or reunion-related materials. Private originals are stored outside the WordPress media library, and public previews should be sanitized when generated.
